Why aren't we including students?
As a school leadership team, we are paid to serve the best interests of the local community, especially the students, right? But, how many times are students involved in the very decisions that affect their learning opportunities?
My suggestion is to form a student leadership committee that is comprised of student leaders representing the entire student body. This student committee would be part of the major school decisions that will affect them.
