Schoolwide Mentorship

I can't overstate the significance of providing mentoring to not only struggling learners, but ALL Learners. My vision is for every student at every school to have a mentor, essentially a dedicated adult who they can go to when needed.

By integrating this initiative, not only do all students have a mentor, but ALL STAFF personnel have a mentee. This includes cafeteria staff, maintenance, custodians, security, office staff, etc. What a great way for all staff members to actually feel included and for the students to get to know ALL staff members!
